Smart Fitness at SMI

GMS is offering group classes for ages 6-13 designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance and agility. Optimal for children who lack age appropriate physical fitness, and total body awareness.


Fitness program goals:

1. To develop and maintain a suitable level of physical fitness

2. To help students become more competent in the management of their bodies

3. To develop self confidence through a non-competitive goal oriented class setting

4. To develop courage and initiative and stimulate interest in movement and social interaction

Classes Held:


Through June 19, 2008:
Tuesday & Thursday 4:00- 5:30 pm
Saturday 9:00- 10:00 am
June 23- August 26, 2008:
Tuesday & Thursday 4:00- 5:30 pm
Our fall 2008 session will begin September 2, 2008 and we will announce class days and time for this session at a later date.
