JOB OPPORTUNITIES
Boys and Girls Intermediate to Advanced Gymnastics Team Coach sought by GMS Gymnastics Institute. Closely supervise training activities and proper instructions, encouragement, and motivation to intermediate and advanced Girls Teams and intermediate and advanced Boys Teams. Stay informed as to the latest training techniques and guidelines pertaining to each level of gymnast. Plan training activities and ensure that adequate and proper equipment is available prior to the start of training. Explain and enforce competition rules and safety regulations. Develop training schedules for Teams. Guide Teams toward qualifications for the National Championships through strategic planning and training. Attend competitions with Teams. Travel with Teams to competitions, potentially on weekends. Job Req’s: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or Equivalent plus 24 months of experience as Team Gymnastic Instructor coaching intermediate to advanced boys and/or girls gymnasts. Recreational Gymnastics
Our recreational program is designed to help students learn foundational gymnastics skills, strengthen their bodies, and develop focus and drive for mastery of skills. Through fun, children are encouraged to go through a series of foundational levels as they learn to strengthen their skills and sharpen their talents.
